I've been happily married to my husband Mike for 34 years. We have two beautiful daughters. I also have two calico cats Trinity & Macchiato. My daughter's dog Rose a Great Dane & Spock a Bengal Cat. I have been teaching art for the past 22 years. I started as a volunteer at my girls' elementary school when art on a cart was cut from the curriculum. That developed into a district wide integrated art program. While working as a barista at Boon Garden (coffee house, organic garden & art gallery for local artists) I taught a variety of monthly art classes in the garden. Through the art gallery I met a local ceramic artist who was starting a mobile art studio. Which led me to teaching classes for her during the summers. That was 7 years ago and I've been doing this ever since. Three years ago the business dropped in my lap and I took the company over, and Paint the Party Mobile Art Studio was born.
